Why Roxy-Espresso – what makes this machine so special?

Where can I see and try out the machine in person?
In Germany, we sell the Roxy espresso machine directly through our online shop. We’re currently planning events with roasters and coffee schools for next year so you can experience the Roxy up close. You can sign up through our Newsletter to stay up to date on dates and events.
Do I always need a phone to operate the Roxy?
You can also operate the Roxy without a phone. Just switch it on and select a saved profile directly on the machine at the touch of a button.
How long is the delivery time for a Roxy?
At the moment, the delivery time for the Roxy is around 8–10 weeks.
Can I save and share coffee recipes on the Roxy?
In the Roxy app, you can create your own profiles, save them, rate them, and share them with other users.
Which scales are supported by the Roxy?
At the moment, the Roxy connects with the Felicita Arc, Bookoo Themis Ultra and Bookoo Themis Mini scales. We’re planning to support additional scales in the future.
What happens if something breaks? What does the service look like?
We handle service and repairs in our workshop in Fürstenfeldbruck near Munich. In case you need service, simply get in touch at service@roxy-espresso.com and we’ll discuss what needs to be done. After that, you can simply send your machine to us by mail and we’ll service or repair your coffee machine.
I’m from Switzerland – how can I order a Roxy?
In Switzerland, we work exclusively with deon.coffee. You can check out the Roxy at deon in Neerach near Zurich and order it through the deon-Shop Service and repairs for the Roxy in Switzerland are also handled by the experts at deon.
Why doesn’t the Roxy have a steam wand for frothing milk?
We intentionally decided against a steam wand. However, the lack of a steam wand isn’t a problem – for milk foam we recommend the NanoFoamer Pro by Subliminal.
